Pat Thrasher

PATRICIA AILEEN THRASHER

“PAT”

Was born in Joliet, Illinois on August 7, 1943.

Departed this life at her home in Caruthersville, Missouri  on September 12, 2020 at the age of 77.

She was the daughter of the late Ralph McPherson & Myrtle Welborn McPherson.

Attended schools in Gibson, Illinois.

She lived in the Wardell, Hayti and Caruthersville communities during her life.

On February 29, 1992 in Hot Springs, Arkansas she was united in marriage to Larry Thrasher.

Pat was very involved in the community, including the RSVP program, Relay for Life, The Chamber of Commerce and a longtime member of the Central Church of Christ.

She also enjoyed baking and having “Sassie’s Treasures”

Her Husband, Larry Thrasher, of Caruthersville

2 Sons  –  Perry Owens (Julie) of El Reno, Oklahoma

                 Bryan Owens – Idabel, Oklahoma

1 Sister – Sandy Caldwell – Clearwater, Florida

3 Step-Sons – Frank Thrasher (Susan)  Larry Thrasher, Jr. and Steve Thrasher

Grandchildren – Blaine Owens, Blake Owens, Baleigh Owens Henley, and her husband, Trey; Patrick Owens, Eryn Owens Posey, and her husband Stephen; Aidan Owens, Tanner Owens, Trevor Owens, Frankie Lu Thrasher, Hailey, Kelsey & Sydney Hundhausen, Larry Joe Thrasher and Bonnie Marie Thrasher.

3 Daughters-in-Law – Laurinda Thrasher, Kim Owens and Tina Owens

Sister-in-law – Nancy McPherson

And a number of other relatives and many, many friends.

She was also preceded in death by 1 Son, John Owens, a brother, Larry McPherson, a grandson, Dustin Thrasher and her parents, Ralph and Myrtle McPherson.
