Larry McIntyre, II
Larry “Droopy” Darnell McIntyre II was born November 2, 1990 to Sheryl Crowley and Larry McIntyre Sr. in Hayti, Missouri. Droopy departed this life August 16, 2020 at his brother’s residence.
Droopy attended school in Caruthersville District. He gained employment at Caruthersville Nursing Center. Droopy loved his family and dedicated his life to his wife and children. He was about his family. He was laid back and only dealt with a select few.
Droopy leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Sheryl Crowley (Joe Perkins); his father, Larry McIntyre, Sr.; wife, Stephfany Taylor McIntyre: eleven children, Jamata Williamson, Ziesha McIntyre, Kloin McIntyre, Kylee Gooden, Saniya McIntyre, Larry McIntyre, III, Amir McIntyre, Z’iriyah Hunt, Amira McIntyre, La’braysia McIntyre, and Caryle McIntyre; eleven siblings, Derious McIntyre, Carleka Coats, Inga Kelly, Shelaine Kellybrew, Whitney Robinson, Shakia McIntyre, Derayle Tyus, Larryqua Hall, Laresha McIntyre, Khizay Spriggs, and Kalarriyah McIntyre; two special cousins, Tavares Townsend, Sr. and Gladys Johnson; three favorite aunts, Joyce Townsend, Vickie Ricks, and Yolanda Timothy; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Droopy will be reunited with his big sister, Koesha Fodgers; maternal grandma, Stoby Jean Williams; paternal grandma Geneva McIntyre, maternal grandpa Paul Isom; paternal grandpa Larry Darnell Garner.
Funeral services were held at Divine Holiness Church with Pastor Jamie Jones on August 28. Interment in Morgan Ridge Cemetery.
