Brian Douglas “Bubbles” James

Brian Douglas James was born in Kennett, Missouri on May 6, 1980.  He was the son of Douglas Coleman James and Sharon James.

He departed this life in Hayti, Missouri, on August 17, 2023.  He was 43 years old.

Brian graduated from Delta C7 High School with the class of 1998.

He was a fun-loving kid at heart. He was known as “Bubbles” by most of his friends.  When he got to your house, you knew he had arrived because the music was blaring in his truck.  In addition to music, Brian loved to eat.  Grecians and Lamberts were two that always had big portions, so they were favorites.

He loved spending time with his family and friends.

His fiancée – Laura Heath and her four children – Jeffery Haywood, Elizabeth Haywood, Joshua Haywood, and Allie Haywood

2 aunts – Alice May Reis and Jeanette Bradshaw

2 cousins – Pamela Pharris and Terry Bradshaw

Many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Wed. (August 23) at 2:00 p.m. in the H.S. Smith Chapel.  Interment will follow in Maple Cemetery.
